Jeffrey Sweet, MD comes to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group with more than 20 years of experience in internal medicine. In addition, he has clinical interests in diabetes, heart disease, and the primary care of patients with multiple chronic illnesses. Dr. Sweet believes in a process of shared decision making and goal setting with his patients that includes techniques in patient self-management of chronic diseases.
